I am happier since I:

  • Started believing that I can do hard things.
  • Decided to focus on progress not perfection.
  • Started communicating my feelings and desires more openly.
  • Began paying more attention to where I put my time and energy.
  • Realized I do not have to figure everything out all at once.
  • Became intentional about appreciating the small beautiful moments of my everyday life.
  • Chose to focus on things in my control and letting go of what is out of my control.

Happiness grows when you believe in yourself, focus on progress, and communicate openly. Pay attention to where you spend time and energy. You don’t need to solve everything at once. Appreciate small, beautiful moments. Focus on what you can control and let go of what you can’t.
